The Vance County Detention Center, a division of the Vance County Sheriff's Office, has partnered with Frazier's Athletic Training, Henderson-Vance Recreation and Parks Department, and the Perry Memorial Library to start a program for the children of people held in the Vance County Jail.  A link to the sign-up sheet is below.
